We offer very attractive warehouse pricing and to make this possible, all sales are final.

Exchanges are available for any manufacturer defects and are based on item availability, should the desired item not be available substitute items of the same value would be offered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@samplesale.ca.  We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has been processed for shipping. The tracking number will be active within one business day of receipt of email.  If you selected Curb Side Pickup at the time of checkout you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready and requesting you contact us to schedule the pickup date and time

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Canada
